Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of our herbal and wellness products, we only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
